ONLINE FEEDBACK HELP-DESK
1. Students are required to register for the online feedback form by creating your own username and password.
2. You have to enter your university rollno during registration.
3. Remember by using your username and password you are able to login.
4. After that students login there account by using their username and password.
5. Students are redirected to give online feedback.
6. Remember, all the fields are mandatory. If you forgot to select all the fields your form should not submit successfully.
7. Remember, you have to fill the feedback form for each subject according to the semester .
8. While filling the form select Branch Name.
9. Select Semester.
10. Select Subjects.
11. You have to choose one option (Excellent,Good,Poor,Very Poor) for each questions.
12. After that Submit the form for selected subject .
13. Now you get the message you have successfully submit the form for subject.
14. After that click on link “Click here” to give the feedback for next subject this process continues until you have given the feedback for each subject according to semester and branch.
15. After filling the feedback form for each subject according to the semester you can logout.
